Coming from traditional Chinese medicine, self-massages aim to open energy channels through the stimulation of acupuncture points.

The benefits are multiple and proven: lighter sleep, improved skin and hair, better digestion, reduced stress and fatigue, among others.

Self-massage is practiced daily or when you feel the need, wherever you want (in the countryside, at home, at the office, etc.)

Alone, with family, friends or colleagues, practice a self-massage session to be in better shape
